Dutch Village is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $30 per pet per month. A $250 refundable deposit is also required per pet. There is a 35 lb weight limit for dogs and we ask that you reach out to the leasing office with additional questions about pets other than cats and dogs. The following breeds and/or mix breeds are prohibited: Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, American Staffordshire, Shar-Pei, Bull Terriers or any aggressive breed are not allowed. A signed pet addendum is required at the time of move-in.
